Intermediate Pole

This course is designed for those with previous experience with pole and who have mastered beginner pole moves, or beginners wanting to advance their learning. It is recommended to have taken at least 25 beginner classes prior to booking an intermediate level and only with instructor approval.

Intermediate Pole- Virtual

For polers wanting to perfect their current moves and learn new ones from the comfort of their home. All intermediate level moves are covered in this course and instructor approval is required to book.

Pole Flow

This course is perfect for those who have taken classes and have pole tricks under their belt but want to make them flow together effortlessly. Different routines and pole combos will be covered in this course to get you feeling comfortable with the movements you’ve learned.

Floor Work

$20.00 deposit required for new clients

This course focuses on body movements on the floor. These are combos you don’t need a pole to practice outside of the studio. Yes, pole tricks go hand in hand with floor work- it’s a great way to feel sexy and add that extra spice to your pole or lap dance routine!

Lap Dance Course

Master the art of lap dancing and bring the skills home with you. This course is focused on chair and floor routines to add that sexy spice to your love life. Show these moves off to your significant other and leave them speechless! These routines are nothing short of impressive.
